The main innovation in the design is the radiator grille with a large TANK inscription instead of the usual logo. The bumpers have become more powerful, and an aggressive body kit and lidar above the glass have appeared in the top.
New dimensions : length – 4886 mm, width – 1984 mm, height – 1927 mm, wheelbase – 3010 mm. There are no special changes in the cabin.
The main update is a three–spoke steering wheel with redesigned buttons.
The base 2.0-liter turbo engine produces 238 hp. The top version is a 360 hp and 500 Nm biturbed V6 3.0 with a 48-volt "soft" hybrid. Both units work with a 9-speed automatic. The 2.4 diesel engine with 186 horsepower remained in service.
Hybrids:
- Hi4-T – 1 electric motor, battery 37.1 kWh, reserve 105 km. All–wheel drive is unplugged - a bet on off-road driving.
- Hi4-Z – 2 electric motors, battery 59.6 kWh, reserve up to 200 km. The battery is in the chassis. The balance of the city and off-road.
Skeptics were afraid of a loss of maneuverability, but the data reassure: the angles of entry and exit are 34 and 36 degrees versus 33 and 34 degrees for the predecessor. The gross weight increased to 2835-2975 kg (for the current one – 2700).
